General Idea
Talk about the harshness of the winter, and the effect it had on the culture of the people that live there. Talk how the winter requests that you have discipline. Talk about how people that did not show this discipline, died. Talk about how this harsh, icy weather made the people there very disciplined, hard working, made them save and plan ahead.

Help people understand that we are all humans, we are all the same race. Help understand how discipline is a true cause of wealth, not the color of your skin.
